Dementia-friendly Dining will now be served by four restaurants – the newest being Something Fishy in Altamonte Springs!

Dementia-friendly Dining in Central Florida welcomes Something Fishy in Altamonte Springs as our area’s 4th restaurant. Owners and Chefs Patrice and Terry Phillips are thrilled to have their staff trained and offer a safe and community-based venue to bring families together.

Patrice and her husband are willing to give back and impact people’s lives positively. Patrice said, “We need to recognize the need for families with loved ones diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and dementia to retain the ability to enjoy dining out and making memories in a supported environment.”

Gray Sablone, Assistant Manager was among those trained by Founder Dennis Dulniak and Trainer Toni Gitles. Gray shared insights about her grandfather whom she helped care for during his dementia journey.
